With so many distractions in the world, it can be easy to forget about the present moment, or not pay attention to what our body is telling us. But for those of us who are looking for a more mindful eating experience, there are many things we can do. In this article, I will share a few ideas on how to eat mindfully - from setting an intention and trying out some new recipes, to taking a break and getting some fresh air!

What is Mindful Eating?

Mindful eating is a practice that can help us become more aware of our eating habits and make choices that are in alignment with our health goals. It involves paying attention to our hunger cues, the taste, smell, and texture of our food, and how our bodies feel after eating. Mindful eating can help us to eat less, enjoy our food more, and make better food choices.

Tips for Mindful Eating

1. Pay attention to your hunger cues. Before you eat, ask yourself if you're really hungry, or if you're just eating out of habit. If you're not sure, try waiting 10 minutes before eating to see if the hunger goes away.
